Shenzhen XBL Hardware Co., Ltd was established
in the first special economic zone of China - Shenzhen.
For over a decade, our company has been focused on multifunctional mechanism development, design and manufacture. XBL prides ourselves on providing high
quality & innovative products to the household industry continually. Many of our products have obtained domestic & foreign patent, we are widely used in the European, American and Asia markets.
Currently, XBL has two main manufacturing locations based in Huizhou & Shenzhen. Our factory covers more than ten thousand square meters and we have invested in range of high-end smart device, including CNC Lathe, Stamping Machine, General Lathe, Laser Cutting Machine, Tube Bending Machine, Plate Shearing Machine, Robot Press Production Lines and Automatic Welding Lines. Our investment into high-end equipment lays the foundation of high quality, high efficiency and low cost products.
Moreover, we still continually introduce advanced manufacturing equipment and persistently explore automation and intelligent production in order to better serve our customers.
Besides, our company has established and improved ISO9001: 2008 quality management system. We implement quality management for all our employees and has precision testing equipment, such as force loading capacity tester, life tester and hardness tester, to provide quality assurance for stable and continuous production.
